You might think Garmin is now focusing all its attention to its newly announced Nuviphone. But no, the portable navigation device maker wants a piece of every single platform out there and that's good I guess, especially for their shareholders. I'll try to recap all the Garmin's announcements shortly and then I'll point you to the official press releases where you can find out more.

GarminToday Garmin announced upgrade of its Garmin Mobile app for BlackBerry, Symbian and Windows Mobile smartphones. In addition, they stated Garmin-made device owners can search, send and navigate to locations through Google Maps and/or use MapQuest Directions and Maps. Finally, they let us now Garmin Mobile is now BREW compatible and that they'll be providing its Navigator for Samsung mobile phones.
