The iMac is a desktop Macintosh personal designed and built by Apple Inc. It has been a large part of Apple’s consumer desktop offerings since its introduction in 1998, and has evolved through three distinct forms. In its original form, the G3, the iMac was gum drop or egg shaped with a CRT monitor, mainly enclosed by colored, translucent plastic. The second major revision, the G4, moved…

This isn't the first time we're seeing the Sony Ericsson P5 or the so called Paris smartphone. Heck, we even know most of the specs. However, this is the first time we have a clear shot of the device. Scrap that, we’ve few images proving just how cool handset Sony Ericsson will be releasing in the (hopefully) near future. The only problem I’ve is that ROKR keyboard which takes some time to get used to, though after a while that's not a problem, I guess.
Anyway, as I just said we’ve more photos and they follow after the jump. Any comment is appreciated, of course.

Like any other media company NBC is worried about their content being stolen. And while we keep arguing DRM is not the answer, but a easy annoyance to the end users - they keep pushing their awkward “story.” However, this time even with some restrictions they seem to be doing the right thing. The media company is offering full episodes of 30 Rock and The Office to all iPhone and iPod Touch users. Ideal of all there are no ads — it's 100% free — making us think what's behind the curtain. Free ad-supported content is cool in my book, but this is simply weird. In addition, there's no DRM involved although restrictions are made — whenever you exit Safari, you'll need to download the episodes again. Forget EDGE, this is the WiFi thing only and even then you superior have more than a decent connection or at least enough time to spare.
Finally, we're not sure what's NBC's strategy. On one hand they are against Apple and on the other they come up with this. Guess Apple product users are not the problem, after all.

With the Palm Treo 800w getting prepped to be released as the latest Windows Mobile 6.1-powered device from flagging handset manufacturer Palm, there's not much else that Palm Treo fans are looking forward to. But, that might all change with this latest report from TamsPPC that Palm has opened up Windows Mobile development access to promotional materials for the Palm Zeppelin and Palm Skywriter.
The codename “Zeppelin” is the internal codename for the Palm Treo 800w, so there's nothing new there. But, the appearance of the Palm “Skywriter” is definitely a new development. The image you see above is likely a mock-up (at least we hope it is…can you say hideous?) of the Palm Skywriter. What we're hearing is that the Palm Skywriter will be a Palm Centro-like Windows Mobile device, so the consumer market is likely the target demographic.
Other speculation points to the Palm Skywriter being the same device as the mysterious GPS, WiFi and HSDPA-toting Palm Drucker that's slated for the same launch window as the Palm Skywriter - July 2008. Note that the Palm Treo 800w is also expected to go live on July 22. WMExperts poses the possibility that the Palm Treo 800w could launch in both GSM and CDMA, which would agree with two separate codenames.

We'll just have to wait and see…

In a sign of the times that we live in, Pope Benedict XVI will reportedly be sending out thousands of SMS text messages to the youth that’ll be attending the 6-day World Youth Day (WYD) event that kicks off on July 15 in Sydney, Australia.
The text messages will be used to send inspirational messages to the youngsters attending the WYD event. Telstra will be providing the infrastructure for the Catholic Church's tech-embracing push to reach the religious masses.
“We wanted to make WYD08 a very special experience by using new ways to connect with today’s tech-savvy youth,” states Bishop Anthony Fisher.
