A month and half ago we spotted HTC Touch Dual slipping through FCC. And although the device is already available in Europe for some time now, HTC officially announced the device's availability just recently.
The HTC Touch Dual will be available at Ideal Buy stores and online beginning this weekend. For a hefty price of $549, you get one of the coolest looking Windows Mobile smartphones on the market this day, unlocked. The price tag makes me wonder how much will the Taiwan-based smartphone manufacturer charge for the Diamond. More than $700? In terms of specs it is better than the iPhone, but will end users pay that much for it? My guess is that it be more inexpensive through some carrier's subsidies. We'll wait and see…
