Google AdSense MobileGoogle AdSense may be launched back in September of last year, but it was just recently when it reached Canada. Now, Canadian mobile websites owners can monetize their traffic by simply including a snippet of code and hope someone will click on the link, making them few cents in return.

Pantech BreezeAT&T today announced a new easy phone. Made by Korean Pantech, the Breeze is designed to “consider the needs of seniors or customers who have disabilities.” That being said, this clamshell isn’t about high-end features. Rather, it's a easy and easy to use phone, which prides itself with such things as 3 quick-call keys, simplified menu, massive font, and clear and loud speakerphone. In addition, there's also VGA camera and Bluetooth on board, as well as instant messaging software and an email client.

Commenting on the Breeze's announcement, Pantech's VP of Marketing and Sales, Patrick Beattie, stated that Breeze underscores the handset maker's commitment to all levels of customers. “By incorporating AT&T's socially responsible Universal Design model, this product talks directly to people needing a down-to-earth handset that provides easy access to core features,” he added.

The Pantech Breeze is already available on AT&T for $49.99 on a two-year contract and with mail-in rebate of $30. More information is available on AT&T's website.

Moto W755Back in January we talked about plans of Motorola and Nokia to bring budget phones to Verizon Wireless. Then in April we posted first photos of the Moto W755, the stylish clamshell device which fits into Motorola's Verizon-user-conquering plans. And now it's officially out, available for buy.

As you already know, the W755 is a thin clamshell phone with some lines borrowed from the RAZR. Actually, specs wise it's pretty much the same beast as the RAZR V3m with an addition of stereo Bluetooth support and external music control keys. Or to put it in other words, it's a perfect fit for those that want a decent-looking phone that can also play music.

The MOTO W755 is available in purple and black from Verizon's website for $69.99 with two-year contract and on the internet discount.

Nokia 7310 Classic, E66, E71 official press photos leaked

At some point in hopefully near future, Nokia will be revealing new devices. Three press pics have been leaked, giving us hope the Finnish giant is in the midst of compiling the press kits and soon enough we'll see them announcing their new products.

First goes the 7310 Classic model. As a member of Nokia's fashion series of devices, this arguably stylish candybar doesn't pack tons of features. However, that's not to state it's a bad phone, quite the contrary. As far as we know, there's 3.2 megapixel camera, 2.2-inch 1.6 million colors QVGA screen, stereo Bluetooth, FM Radio and possibly the microSD slot under the hood. Lack of “menu” button recommend this phone will be powered by the handset maker's Series 40 platform.

Other two devices, E66 and E71, we've already seen leaked before. Heck, we've even seen the Nokia E66 passing the FCC hurdle and the E71 reviewed by Boy Genius. We really want to see them officially announced — the E71 model, especially. Is there any news on these two smartphones Espoo? What about the 7310? State something, don't keep us in the dark for too long. ;)

TeliaSonera to bring iPhone in the Nordic and Baltic markets

And the latest Apple's iPhone partner is… TeliaSonera. The short release says:

TeliaSonera today announced it has signed an agreement with Apple to bring the iPhone to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia later this year.

It will be quite interesting to see how Apple's handset sells in the lands of Nokia and Sony Ericsson. I doubt we'll see many “spoiled for 3.5G” Finns and Swedes jumping on the Apple's bandwagon. At least until the 3G version is out…

P.S. It's good to be spoiled, sometimes. ;)

Apple patent application details low-impact solar-powered LCDSolar power is the cleanest energy source available. The energy from the sun doesn't need to be processed or packaged, and it's available in essentially unlimited supply. So, it makes sense that solar-power is making its way into the mobile space.

Now, we've seen solar-powered handsets and portable battery chargers in the past, and Apple's latest patent application details the firm's consideration of the green technology. The patent application, discovered by MacRumors, outlines a method whereby the solar panel would be sandwiched between the LCD panel and the circuit board.

By placing the solar panel underneath the LCD display, the light-gathering solar cells are at once protected from damage (scratches) and help preserve a device's form-factor. There's no need to re-design a device to accommodate a solar-panel on, say, the rear of the handset - light is absorbed by the solar cells as it passes through the LCD display. The patent application echoes Motorola's patent applications for solar-powered LCD displays.

The patent application doesn't guarantee that Apple will implement the technology in future handsets or other portable electronics, but it would be great to see this solar technology make its way to future iPhones and laptops.
