Castle Crashers’ first bit of downloadable content, the King Pack, is currently available on Xbox Live Marketplace for 160 Microsoft Space Dollars. It’s also available for free, until supplies last, at the official Castle Crashers message board if you care to enter a ridiculously simple contest.

As artist Dan Paladin recently wrote on the Behemoth development blog, all you’ve to do is click over to the Behemoth Cares about Me! forum thread and post the message “behemoth adores me!” After you do so, you might receive a private message from The Behemoth with a redeemable code for the content.

This has been made possible on The Behemoth’s dime. “We have always wanted our King Pack for Castle Crashers to be FREE. And it’s not!!,” wrote Dan Paladin. “So, in order to accomplish this we went ahead and purchased a ton of download codes from Microsoft for our King Pack to give to you. Yes!”
