The fourth Kojima Production game was just announced at the Konami press conference and it’s a new Castlevania game! It’s called Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and it has something to do with that melting mask that was on the Konami teaser site. It’s being developed for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and should be out 2010.

The trailer that was shown features Patrick Stewart, Robert Carlysle, Jason Isaacs and Natasha McElhone. Dave Cox, producer on the game, says that this is “a new and bold take on the Castlevania mythology. [It's] a fresh and radical re-imagining in a rich, open game world.”
