Step 1: First and foremost, you will need to install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Step 2: After adding the extension, you go to Gmail and sign in with your account.
Step 3: Once you are in the Inbox section, choose multiple emails and click on the Multi Forward icon that comes with the other options.
Step 4: You are now prompted to authenticate your Google Account. Just click on Sign In.
Step 5: You will need to sign in your Google account once again, and then click on Allow when you are in the permissions page.
Step 6: Now, you should see a message saying Authentication succeeded.
Step 7: Choose the multiple emails you wish to forward and click on the Multi Forward icon.
Step 8: Type the recipients in the textbox and then click on the Multi Forward button. If you want to paste multiple recipients, you just need to paste into the textbox and then press Enter.
Step 9: All emails should be forwarded instantly. Note that, do not close the window until the process is complete.
