After the recent release of Honor 10 flagship smartphone in India earlier this month, the Chinese manufacturer, Honor, has today revealed two new budget phones, which is the Honor 7A and Honor 7C. Follow this post to know their specs, pricing, and availability.
Price & Availability
In terms of the pricing, the Honor 7A will be priced at Rs 8,999, while Honor 7C will go on sale at Rs 9,999 for the lower-end model. The 4GB variant is sold for Rs 11,999.
The Honor 7A will exclusively go on sale though Flipkart from May 29. Amazon has bagged the exclusive rights to sell the Honor 7C from May 31.
Key Specifications
Both devices have already been released in the home country earlier this year, so you might know their complete specs sheet before their official launch in India. Honor 7A and 7C both depart from the tradition of being backed by Hisilicon Kirin chipset and are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoC.
Honor 7A
The Honor 7A sports a 5.7-inch HD+ IPS LCD display is powered by the Snapdragon 430 chipset. The SoC is packed with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expandable up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card slot. Honor has not released a lower-end variant only featuring a single camera and lesser RAM.
In the camera department, Honor 7A features a 13MP+2MP dual camera setup at the back. The phone also comes with a front flash that allows you to capture stunning selfie shots even in the low light condition.
The Honor 7A will run on Huawei’s custom EMUI 8.0 skin based on Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. The device boasts of turbo-charged speakers is powered by a 3000mAh battery capacity and supports dual Bluetooth, which allows the phone to connect with two other devices simultaneously.

Honor 7C
Honor 7C features a 5.99-inch HD+ display and is equipped with the Snapdragon 450 SoC. The chipset is packed with two RAM and storage options, including 3GB+32GB or 4GB+64GB variants. Similar to the Honor 7A, the internal storage can be expanded up to 256GB. For the optics, the Honor 7C features a 13MP+2MP dual camera sensor at the back and an 8MP front-facing snapper with a flashlight. The Honor 7C also supports ‘Face Unlock’ feature using the selfie camera.
The Honor 7C is also pre-installed Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box with the custom EMUI 8.0 skin. The phone boasts of audio monitoring through earbuds, is powered by a 3000mAh battery, and supports dual Bluetooth that allows the phone to connect with two devices simultaneously.
Honor has also tied up with Reliance Jio to offer cashbacks for Jio subscribers who purchase the new phones.
