Back in February, Evan Blass, a well-known tipster said that the LG G6 would hit the US market on April 7. Now, Blass has just shared an image to prove it. To recall, LG G6 comes in an all-metal design with the highest level of water and dust protection. It features a 5.7-inch display with an 18:9 ‘Univisium’ aspect ratio and a resolution of 2,880×1,440 pixels for a pixel density of 565ppi. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC, along with a 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, depending on region. In the camera department, the LG G6 a dual rear camera setup with 13MP sensors and a whopping 125-degree viewing angle wider than the human field of view. Both cameras facilitate 4K video recording. Also adorning the front of the device is a 5MP 100-degree FOV selfie camera.
Running on Android 7.0 Nougat, the LG G6 is backed by a non-removable 3,200mAh with Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 support. In terms of connectivity options, the smartphone includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio (outside South Korea, US and Canada), GPS, LTE-A, USB Type-C, single-SIM, Dual-SIM available in certain markets.
Measuring 148.9 x 71.9 x 7.9mm and weighing 163 grams, the LG G6 is available in three colors, including Astro Black, Mystic White and Ice Platinum.
