The Moto X (2017) – a successor to the Moto X Style leaked twice on December last year, indeed turned out to be the Moto G5 Plus, which is officially introduced at Mobile World Congress last month, has been leaked the specs. However, Motorola is still obviously working on releasing a new Moto X. According to a reasonably solid leaks related to Moto, this brand is preparing for a new product promisingly bringing up new features. However, there is no trusted evidence to support this information except for some images, and you should not, of course, totally believe it all.
The 2017 edition of Moto X is covered with a full metal body (end with essential antenna bands). In addition, it has a front-mounted fingerprint scanner below the display, a front-facing LED flash and a dual lens camera setup from its back. Generally, this new edition comes up with a design which reminds us of Moto G5 duo.
The Moto X (2017) is powered by Qualcomm’s mid-range Snapdragon 625 chipset that’s also included in Moto Z Play. It has 3GB of RAM support and 32GB of inbuilt storage. Apart from the dual rear camera added, the new Moto X, which is expected to feature a 5.5-inch touchscreen, bears much resemblance to Z Play.
Besides, a release time frame hasn’t been exposed, therefore we’ve got no information except for guessing. In terms of evaluation, this is just a slightly improvement from the Moto Z Play when it comes to a dual camera, which is a disappointment if you’ve interested more about modularity as this phone has no pins on the lower side of its back
Hopefully more information about Moto X (2017) will be released soon.
